Creative Director
Or Matza is an award-winning director, producer, and global pioneer in 3D narrative audio. In 2020, he developed a groundbreaking production method that combines binaural on-location recording, specialized equipment, and an innovative spatial approach to capturing dramatic scenes.
In 2021, Matza won a Promax (GEMA) Gold Award for The Hive, the world’s first narrative audio series produced in 3D sound and recorded entirely on location. In 2023, under his leadership, Audio Drama Studios created Google’s official audio experience, a narrative-driven tour of the company’s offices. In 2025, Altalena: Two Points of View, which he wrote and directed, was selected for the International Audio Drama Festival in the UK.
His series October Six won the Bronze Award in the Drama Podcast category at the 2025 New York Festivals Radio Awards. He was also appointed as a jury member at the International Audio Drama Festival in Canterbury and later joined the New York Festivals Radio Awards jury.
Matza leads workshops around the world on immersive audio storytelling and the Modular Perspective Audio methodology he developed.

Alexa Lerner is the founder and co-producer of Audio Drama Studios. With a rich background in drama and theater as an actress, she presents an innovative vision of audio as a dramatic medium, creating deeply immersive audio experiences that push the boundaries of storytelling.
As the leader of content scouting and future world-building at the studio, Lerner is responsible for identifying groundbreaking narratives and developing innovative audio storytelling concepts.
